Finally I finished a selbu mitten. This is my first knitting pettern stitch and knitting mittens. A yarn shop staff helped me to pick the yarn up. I'll show her this. It was't difficult for me to knit pattern stitch than I expected but the yarn tension wasn't stable. There are some lines on the Norwegian star.
Well, it will keep you warm with the mitten. The trouble is that winter is over when I finish all the mittens :-/
pattern---Fork Mittens
I love this book because I can see a lot of mittens all over the world.
Hi!
Beautyfull mitten! Do you hold both yarns on your forefinger? If not try it! I´ll try to post a picture to the Solmu blog...
I heard sad news - the house that was model for "Totoros house" was burnt down. :( Terible!

Hello, Kata!
>Do you hold both yarns on your forefinger?
I tried it once but it didn't work. If I can hold both yarns on the forefinger, I'll knit it much faster. I'm looking forward to see the picture!
>"Totoros house" was burnt down.
Sadly, it said someone fired on purpose. The house was near my house, within 30minutes by train, but I haven't been there. What a pity.
