Ohanami (enjoying the beauty of flowers)

My family and I went Ohanami. Ohanami is a Japanese custom to enjoy seeing cherry blossoms, eating or drinking. We bought some packs of Sushi (they were great!) and ate them under the flowers.

The cherry blossom is not in full bloom yet, but we really enjoy flowers.

This is another day at Megurogawa river in Tokyo.  You can enjoy cherry blossoms everywhere around Tokyo in this time of the year.

おはなみに行きました。先週末は3分咲きくらいでしたが、十分楽しみました。水曜の時点ではかなり咲いていたので、今週末は満開ではないでしょうか。しかし、本当に今の時期の話題は桜だらけですね。桜前線、満開予想日、なんて面白い言葉ですよね。
